Typically, these machines include a large water tank that can transport anywhere from 500 to more than 5,000 gallons (1,890 to 18,900 liters) of water that’s attached to an enclosed tractor cab. Along with in-cab controls for water distribution, water tanks often include hose reels, baffles to control side-to-side water surges, and rugged off-road tires.
