    About Takeuchi

Takeuchi was established in 1963 with an emphasis on soil and water, which directly correlates to the hydraulic components in its machinery as well as to the environments in which its products are used. In 1971, the company introduced the world’s first compact excavator with 360 degree cab rotation, and in 1986 the company released a compact rubber track loader designed for use in rough terrain.

In the 50-plus years since its founding, Takeuchi has grown beyond excavators and truck loaders to offer wheel loaders, skid steers, and a wide range of attachments for all of its machinery. Some of these include buckets and thumbs for excavators as well as buckets, planers, blades, brush grapples, scrap grapples, pallet forks, and trenchers for loaders.

Takeuchi also offers a fleet management service to help keep track of a lot of the company’s track loader and excavator models. Takeuchi Fleet Management (TFM) enables you to remotely monitor machinery to improve operational efficiency and cut down on costs. You’ll get information on everything from location and utilization to performance and maintenance to keep your equipment up and running.
