The GCV 80 is a versatile jaw crusher ideal for demolition or quarry work, still small enough to transport around the city, but big enough take on the bigger projects. With a closed side setting of only 25 mm it enables the GCV 80 to process rock to a finished size without the need to involve a secondary crusher, therefor making smaller crushing projects viable with savings on mobilization & operating costs. The GCV 80 has the advantage of a automatic jaw adjustment not seen on most smaller jaw crushers and load sensing pumps to improve performance. There is also a list of attractive options to improve productivity and working conditions, including an attached screen mounted off the front dispatch belt normally only available on larger crushers.
