The 98 range of crushers offers three feeder options, two deck pre-screen scalper and a 3300x1250 product screen. Manual or automated controls and a diesel electric option. This crusher is unique by having a 900x800 jaw box, not normally available with other brands of crushers, this enables the 98 range to crush larger diameter rock that would otherwise have to be scalped out or broken down with a rock breaker, either option is time consuming and inefficient which transpires to either less production or increased costs. Add the two deck pre-screen scalper option which will increase your production by removing the fines prior to reaching the jaw box, the screened fines can be either transferred by conveyor to the main product belt or stockpiled with a dedicated fines conveyor. If you have damp or sticky material the apron feeder will provide a better feed option with a consistent flow of raw material which will avoid the build up that occurs at times with vibrating feeders. The 98 range is ideal for a contractor wanted to cover most options, or the quarry and recycling operations that don't want down time grading out over size product prior to crushing.
