Features NEW and improved stack deck vibrating feeders to improve material separation quality and the ability to handle dry, damp or wet material. Features: •Includes Scale, magnet & remote • Integrated dust suppression comes as standard. • Safe, simple controls make it easy to use. • The top step deck vibrating independent scalping feeder enhances material separation and allows efficient processing of dry and wet feed material. • The 2-deck independent pre-screen scalping feeder increases productivity making the 800i a very eficient crushing machine. • The pre-screen scalping feeder removes unwanted fines from the feed material before it enters the crushing chamber reducing wear and prolonging the life of the machine. • Sensors start and stop the primary and scalping feeder to ensure a consistent feed rate to the crusher. • Can be integrated with secondary crushing and screening equipment.
